Guidelines for PPP Photoshoots

  1. A professional photographer (pursuing photography for profit) and/or the client is asked to make arrangements at least one week prior to the requested photoshoot date.
  2. When open for the current season, photoshoots are permitted during regular business hours but also after hours.
  3. The photographer and each party present for the photoshoot ages 3 and over, is required to pay public admission, $9 each.  This admission charge enables all to have free reins of the farm for picture taking. Please pay upon arrival. We accept cash, credit, debit, and business/personal checks.
  4. If/when the professional photographer returns for any additional photoshoots, the photographer’s admission fee will be waived.  There will be a sign-in sheet for the photographer.
  5. If the photoshoot takes place during regular business hours, parties are welcome to take advantage of all PPP activities.


Off-Season Photoshoots

  1. Our off-season refers to dates outside of when we are open for PPP business.
  2. A two-week’s notice prior to the requested date is required.
  3. The fee is $50 for no more than a 2-hour long session.​

Parties & Photoshoots

Our farm has become a popular photo shoot destination for both professional and amateur photoshoots.  Although the farm is only open to the public seasonally, a great deal of labor is involved year-round and there are many expenses incurred as we maintain, manicure and uphold its picturesque landscape.  The photoshoot policy has been in place for several years but here is where you can refer to the guidelines and fees that were established and continue to be implemented.


We will be open for the 2019 season seven days a week beginning Saturday, September 29 through Sunday,​

Parties

Yes, we are an "event venue" for an array of parties that may take place during our regular business hours.  We will...

  • Feature your guest of honor, i.e., birthday boy or girl, with Birthday Wishes on our barn chalkboards
  • Reserve a space for your guests under our new FANCY BARN
  • Give your guests their own group hayride
  • Allow each guest a parting field trip pumpkin if the magic group number is met (see Field Trip tab on the website home page for group pricing as the party prices are the same as field trip group pricing - adults and children are all the same admission price ages 3 and up
  • Encourage you to bring decorations, food, and drink (please check the website Food Tab to see if we will have food for sale on the date of your party & remember that we always have canned or bottled soft drinks and water for sale).  You may also bring your own, including your own trash bags.
  • Expect your guests to understand that we remain open to the public during the duration of your party and appreciate patience with our staff.

November 4th.  Hours can be found on our website, www.parrishpumpkinpatch.com. All types of photoshoots such as parents to-be, bridal, engagement, family, senior casuals, and more are welcome during PPP’s season and our “off season” which is every other date on the calendar excluding our open for business dates.  Off-season fees are different and explained further below.
